His practical expertise spans daily janitorial, day-porter programs, deep cleaning, commercial carpet care (encapsulation and hot-water extraction), commercial window cleaning, and floor maintenance—including VCT strip & wax and LVT top-scrub & recoat. A champion of measurable quality, Aaron builds site playbooks with room-by-room checklists, supervisor photo-QA, and simple KPIs that track appearance, rework, and safety. He’s also committed to low-odor, surface-appropriate chemistry and SDS/OSHA-aligned training to protect occupants and extend surface life.
