Aaron McCarthy is the co-founder of Maven Commercial Cleaning, Inc. and a hands-on operator with 16+ years of experience helping Metro Detroit businesses look their best every day. Aaron partners with facility managers and owners to design right-sized cleaning programs—balancing budget, traffic patterns, and surface protection across offices, clinics, schools, retail, hospitality, and multi-tenant properties. His practical expertise spans daily janitorial, day-porter programs, deep cleaning, commercial carpet care (encapsulation and hot-water extraction), commercial window cleaning, and floor maintenance—including VCT strip & wax and LVT top-scrub & recoat. A champion of measurable quality, Aaron builds site playbooks with room-by-room checklists, supervisor photo-QA, and simple KPIs that track appearance, rework, and safety. He’s also committed to low-odor, surface-appropriate chemistry and SDS/OSHA-aligned training to protect occupants and extend surface life. Aaron and his wife, Lisa, lead Maven as a family-owned company rooted in reliability, integrity, excellence, and care—so clients can stop worrying about “good enough” and start expecting Maven clean.
